I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable, and the excellent breakfast made up for some shortcomings. The noise from the streets was a downside, but the hotel's connection to a nice mall with good amenities was a positive point.

The staff was really nice all the time and very polite and helpful, although at times they overpromised. Jesus, in particular, was great in organizing a tour to the Aztec pyramids.

The hotel wasn't as expected from the photographs, with small rooms that seemed newly built but already showing signs of dirtiness on the floors. The bathroom wasn't in the cleanest order, and the windows didn't insulate the noise from the streets well, making it quite noisy at times. However, the lobby and terrace on lower floors were superb, luckily not reflecting the same issues as in my room.
